Return Policy

At Skin Glam Co, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want you to love our products. However, due to the nature of our items, we have a few guidelines in place:

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to hygiene and safety. This includes but is not limited to skincare items, lip balms, and similar products.

Refunds: Refunds are only provided in the case of damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product, along with photos and your order details, to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at skinglamcoskincare@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and the shipping package. We'll promptly process a refund or send a replacement after assessment.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Skin Glam Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they've been marked as delivered. However, we'll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package goes missing.

Please note, if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, resulting in a return of the package, additional shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
